The Restoration Process
Every job follows the same four-phase protocol — assessment, extraction, drying, and restoration — so nothing is missed and nothing is left damp.
Water damage restoration is a sequence, not a single action. Each phase builds on the one before it — skipping a step or rushing it leaves moisture behind, which leads to secondary damage. Here's how the four phases work and what happens in each.
Assessment
We map the full extent of the water — including what's hidden inside wall cavities and under flooring — using moisture meters and a thorough inspection of affected areas.
Extraction
Standing water is removed with professional-grade equipment. Materials that hold water, like carpet and padding, are assessed and removed or extracted as appropriate.
Drying
Air movers and dehumidifiers pull moisture from materials and the air. Moisture content is monitored throughout, and equipment is adjusted until targets are met.
Restoration
Once the structure is dry, affected surfaces and materials are restored to a clean, stable, pre-loss condition.
